  1. THE CHURCH UK

Every Sunday 12pm-4pm. I think it is the longest club run in London, since 1979. Giant, dark venue that has earned a huge cult following. 7 pounds entrance/ 6 pounds for 3 cans of something in a plastic bag that you can tie to your belt loop. Beer, drink and adult fun fest but is NOT a strip club. MEN/WOMEN RATIO close to 50/50. Very popular with Australians/New Zea landers. Loud and packed. JUST ABOUT ANYTHING GOES. STAGE shows may include striptease, limbo dancers, comedians, audience participant games and just about everything in between. CROWD shows may even be more fun. Costumes welcome. I saw a guy in full body wrestling tights, complete with full mask, who "somehow" was chosen to entertain us with a club-hired strip tease dancer on the stage.
He was getting married and his Aussie friends made him wear it.
I think he touched her and get thrown off the stage. You could also see spacemen with capes and toilet paper roll attachments(seen that), bishops(seen that) and lots of wigs. Halloween all year.

Get there early or you could face long lines/no entrance. Wear expendable clothes or come comfortable. Like a wrestler. Follow the congregation afterwards to Red Back bar in Acton and/or DEFINITELY the Walkabout bar at Sheppards Bush Tube. That is where they go, period. Party all night with your fellow church goers.
