Top ten places to host a party

The Lakeview room at Weber Grill Lombard is a fabulous place with a view. Overlooking Fountain Square, this fresh sanctuary feels like you are outdoors, with its wide open space, ceiling fans, and windows from floor to ceiling. A recent shower I threw felt like we were outdoors. The menu was hand-picked by myself and the director of catering, and she was a joy to work with. The food was spectacular--the chopped salad with chicken was FILLED with blue cheese and bacon, while the spinach/artichoke dip with grilled pita left us wanting more. Our server, Marty was perfect in his role--funny and helpful--he even carried all the heavy shower gifts to the car,.
